A Hot and Dusty Practice

We hit almost 100 degrees for the first time today.  That combined with the sand storms makes this a unique place to practice law.  Just the other day we were hit by a sand storm with winds so fierce that it started to lift the supports of the tent that I call my law office from the ground.   The dust is just everywhere.

The team is busy.  The CPT P the Trial Counsel (prosecutor)  is out straight and CPT B in legal assistance is hitting the camps giving legal advice to Soldiers - family law - consumer law - landlord tenant.  The practice moves at light speed.  We process cases that would take close to a year back home in only a matter of days.  It's interesting work.  More later.
